To complete your application, please ensure you have the following details:

- Mailing address
- Place of work
- Job title
- Specialty
- Primary qualification; date awarded and name of awarding institution
- Professional qualification – this is any other memberships held with other Royal Colleges, or equivalent.
- Academic qualification – this is any further post graduate qualifications you hold. For example MRCP(UK).
- Sponsor(s) as required
In addition to the above fields within the application form, we must receive the following documents along with your application:
- Evidence of any of your qualifications
- An up-to-date CV

Please also note, those working in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology are not eligible to apply.

Current Members upgrading to Fellowship
In addition to the criteria above for Fellowship, the following applies to current Members upgrading.
Current Members practising in the UK
Eligibility:
- In a substantive consultant post or equivalent.
- On the GMC specialist register.
- Minimum 5 years post award of membership.
- Sponsor requirement: 1 sponsor (must be a Glasgow Fellow).
- Postnominal awarded: FRCP(Glasg).
Current Members practising outside the UK
Eligibility:
- In a substantive consultant post or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years post award of membership.
- Sponsor requirement: 1 sponsor (must be a Glasgow Fellow).
- Postnominal awarded: FRCP(Glasg)
