The Walker Trust Fellowship was established in 1949 at our College to promote training and research in Rheumatology.

The trustees are offering a Fellowship based at the Centre for Rheumatic Diseases, Glasgow Royal Infirmary, with links to other units in the West of Scotland as required, providing training in clinical Rheumatology and clinical research methods. £20,000 will be awarded for a period of one year and on receipt of a report and following review and consideration by the Committee, an extension of the timeframe and additional funding could be an option if deemed appropriate.

Candidates should have gained the MRCP(UK) or equivalent qualifications, be eligible for registration with the GMC, and be affiliated to our College

Relevant experience and commitment to clinical Rheumatology are essential. Interviews of short listed candidates will be held at our College.
