Tuanku Sirajuddin Travelling Fellowship (Malaysia to UK)

This Fellowship supports healthcare professionals based in Malaysia to undertake a travelling fellowship to the United Kingdom. This reciprocal arrangement, facilitated by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and College of Physicians of Malaysia, aims to foster collaboration, share expertise, and enhance healthcare practices between the two regions.

The fellowship provides up to £3,000 to cover travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs for a visit to Glasgow, UK. The successful applicant will gain exposure to advanced practices, contribute to knowledge exchange, and bring valuable insights back to Malaysia.

This award is open to medical professionals currently based in Malaysia who hold the MRCP(UK) qualification. Membership of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow is not required however membership of the College of Physicians of Malaysia is mandatory. Applicants can be in training or at an early Consultant career stage. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to healthcare and a clear purpose for their visit to Glasgow.
