Value
The Leadership Development Scholarship Programme will be fully funded by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and the University of Glasgow. As each space on the programme is valued at £2,000, we ask applicants to confirm attendance at all the mandatory days, outlined below, upon application.
Dr Antonia Ho, a member of the programme's first cohort, said: "I would 100% recommend this programme to anyone. Working in the NHS and academia, there's often very little opportunity to think about leadership and management skills and management roles.
"It gives you time to think about these things and meet other people across the spectrum of the National Health Service and academia. The training you get is invaluable."
